Step 5: I give you our action plan (a complete timeline), along with the other resources we discussed during our meeting. 

But I don’t want you to worry! I know that’s a lot of information all at once! 

If you have questions or need advice, I’m available remotely for 2 weeks after our meeting to help you by text message!

The month before the wedding:

Step 3: We meet 1 month before your wedding to talk about EVERYTHING you’ve planned and how your dream day will unfold.

Step 4: You send me all the necessary documents so I can prepare to coordinate your wedding day. 

Step 5: I confirm everything with your vendors 1 week in advance

Step 6: THE BIG DAY! You enjoy every moment, and I take care of EVERYTHING:

• The venue décor
• Managing the vendors
• Handling unexpected issues and problems
• Keeping everything on schedule 
• Making sure the day runs smoothly

• My presence throughout your entire wedding day
• An assistant for 6 hours
• Creating your wedding day timeline
• Creating an emergency checklist
• Confirming all vendors (1 week in advance)
• My presence at your wedding rehearsal (if applicable)

• Coordination throughout the entire day

Step 4: THE BIG DAY! Yes, wedding day coordination is included in the full planning package. You enjoy every moment, and I take care of EVERYTHING: managing vendors, handling unexpected issues and problems, keeping everything on schedule and making sure your day runs smoothly.
